We have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to keeping such information confidential. This Privacy Policy is provided to answer questions regarding the privacy of our visitors and users in their interactions with Constructivity.
Section A. Online Privacy/ Marketing Contacts and Privacy/ License Activation and/or License Registration and Privacy Information Collected from Online Visitors
In general, you can visit the Constructivity website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself, such as your name, phone number or postal or email address. Our web server collects IP addresses to obtain certain aggregate information concerning the use of our website. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re surfing the web. We do not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information. Therefore you can remain anonymous when you visit our website.Our web servers also collect information such as number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc., but this information is not traceable back to an individual user. Constructivity uses this information to analyze how people use our site and generate ideas on how the site might be improved. Information Collected via Marketing Activities
Constructivity will be conducting many different marketing activities by which it may collect your personal information. For example, we may collect contact information at trade shows or seminars, we will rent email and physical mail addresses for marketing campaigns, we may invite the public to download free software from our website in return for providing us contact information, and we do obtain addresses from publications that target the industries from which we hope to attract customers. When we rent lists of names and addresses, we rent them from entities that provide only names of individuals who have “opted in” to receive communications from companies such as Constructivity and we typically do not receive the actual contact information but only the ability to send an email or mailing to the contact from a bonded intermediary mailing house.
Information Collected via License Activation and/or License Registration
At the time customers register or activate their license of Constructivity software, Constructivity collects information such as Company name, shipping address, contact name, contact email address, telephone number, title, role, projects being designed, primary software applications in use and industry sector. Constructivity requests this information because it believes it is important to understand who its customers are and how to contact them with relevant product information. In some circumstances, Constructivity may be obligated to make this information available to third parties who license to Constructivity technology that is included in the products being activated. Such third parties are required to keep such information confidential and are prohibited from using that information for any purpose other than as authorized by us.
Information Collected From Users of Constructivity website or Constructivity software applications
Constructivity collects certain information, including email addresses, from people who use our products. Information is collected when a user first signs up with the Constructivity website or first uses a Constructivity application.
Constructivity may use the information collected from you in order to provide information to you via email regarding Constructivity’s products and services or the products and services of Constructivity’s partners.
If you do not wish to receive such information, you may opt out by following the procedure described in “Updating Personal Information and Opting Out” below. Section B. Public Lists and Community Sections of Website
Many Constructivity users gain valuable professional and commercial exposure by being included in lists on the Constructivity website or in community web pages that identify individuals who have recognized credentials or skills. Constructivity makes this information available publicly to users of its website as a service to the individual. If you are eligible to be included in such a list but do not wish your personal information to be included, please contact Constructivity at the location identified under the heading Updating Personal Information and “Opting Out” above.Constructivity provides a Discussion/Support Forum for use by its customers. Participation is voluntary and it is very likely that personal information will be exposed to other members of these discussion forums if you participate. Some users prefer to participate using pseudonyms, but company/business email addresses are required. Constructivity takes no responsibility for maintaining the privacy of any personal information you make available to the website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and similar information.

Section D. Technical Support and Privacy
Information Collected in Connection with Technical Support and the Use of that Information
Generally, Constructivity’s technical support group can obtain customer contact information via the serial number and registration data it maintains in its customer database. Constructivity may use this contact information to respond to support inquiries and/or to request additional information from the customer. Occasionally Constructivity must obtain files and/or model information to assist it in diagnosing a customer’s technical support issues. Any information provided will be treated as confidential and will only be used strictly for the purpose of resolving the open issues in question. Constructivity may also elect to share an unidentifiable subset of file information provided by a customer with a licensor of technology that is included in the Constructivity product if Constructivity considers that appropriate to assist it in diagnosing or resolving a customer problem. Constructivity may also request permission from a customer to retain copies of specific customer files in the data set that it uses to conduct regression tests and other tests of later releases of the Constructivity software.
Usage Feedback and Licensing Reporting
The Constructivity products include a usage feedback and license reporting capability which sends reliability and usage information to Constructivity via https. This data is used for quality and product improvement purposes to help give Constructivity an idea of the relative use of features within its products and to enable Constructivity to track compliance with your current subscription license. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the security of all information and, where possible, conform to industry best practices.
